Yuliya helped me work through some major internal blockages I had around putting myself out there and starting a business.
Once I got through to the other side, it was like I couldn’t even remember what it was like to feel afraid of those things anymore. If you’re going through any kind of career transition you likely need support and Yuliya is the woman for it.

Working with Yuliya, it is clear that she has done a lot of her own personal work and is very self aware. I find this really helpful in our sessions as I feel she pushes me to look deeper at some of my own limiting beliefs and why they are showing up. I also really like that we are doing a lot of internal reflection in our sessions, really exploring my values and what I want, rather than jumping straight in and taking immediate action on things. This approach has been super valuable for me and an important lesson in taking the time to slow down and really think/talk about with others: what are my values, what do I really want etc.

Working with Yulia has been a grounding and eye-opening experience. I’m still very much on my lifelong journey and there are many things I’m still navigating and learning, but having Yulia walk alongside me for a big part of it has made a meaningful difference. She has a calm, steady presence that helps you feel safe to explore the hard questions, the stuck places, and the moments of doubt.

I really enjoyed a coaching session with Yuliya. She made me feel comfortable throughout the session and by the end of it I could feel some clarity in my mind. Thanks a lot!

**From the outside, your career looks solid. You've worked hard, you've delivered, and by most measures you've done everything right.**

But on the inside? Something has shifted. The work that used to feel meaningful has started to feel hollow. You're good at what you do, but you're no longer sure it's what you want. Somewhere along the way, you stopped being able to hear your own voice clearly enough to know what that even is.

You're not burned out in the obvious way. You're just quietly aware that the version of you showing up every day has gotten smaller than who you actually are.

You've tried switching jobs, taking personality tests, journaling, venting to friends, maybe even taking time off, but the same feeling keeps returning, because the problem was never the job. It was always something deeper.

You're scared of making the wrong move, wasting more time, and being judged for wanting something different. But you're more scared of looking back in ten years and realizing you never tried.

Hi, I'm Yuliya.

I'm a Life & Career Fulfillment Coach working with ambitious professionals in their 30s and 40s who are ready to stop performing a version of themselves and start building something that actually fits. Before we ever talk about your next career move, we talk about you — who you are underneath the role you've been playing, what you actually want now, and what kind of life you're trying to build. That's where real clarity comes from, and clarity is what makes everything else move faster.

## I get it, because I’ve lived it

I moved countries alone. I rebuilt my career more than once. I left roles that looked good on paper but were draining me. I've sat with the fear of starting over and the deeper fear of not starting at all.

What I learned through all of it, including burning out from a career I actually loved, is that the transition is never really about the job.

It's about identity.

It's about figuring out who you are when you strip away the titles, the performance, and the version of yourself you built to be successful.

Once I found that, everything changed. Not just my career, but also how I make decisions, how I trust myself, how I show up. That's what I now help other women find.

## **Why this is different**

Most career support starts with what you do. I start with who you are.

I believe fulfillment doesn't come from finding the right job title or finally getting the promotion. It comes from clarity, alignment, and self-trust and knowing what you actually want, why you want it, and that you're capable of building it.

So before we talk about résumés or LinkedIn profiles or next steps, we talk about:

- Who you are beneath the role you've been playing
- What you actually want, not what you think you should want
- What kind of life you're genuinely trying to build
- What's been keeping you from trusting yourself enough to make a change

Through 1:1 coaching, deep reflection, and strategic guidance, I help you reconnect with yourself and turn that clarity into confident, aligned action.

### **Why trust me with this**

I'm a Certified Life Coach with a decade of personal development training and a career that has spanned small businesses, nonprofits, global organizations, and freelancing across multiple countries.

I know what it takes to reinvent yourself not once, but multiple times, and I know how to guide you through it with clarity, compassion, and grounded strategy.

_For what it's worth: even after major transitions, my longest job search was three months. Because when you have real clarity about who you are and what you want, everything moves faster. That's what I help you find._

If you're tired of circling the same questions alone and ready to get genuinely clear, let's talk.
